Woman found dead in ocean 180

Wrongful Death is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against 19 people, including two bar owners at the Jersey Shore, after a woman was found dead in the ocean during the 2009 Polar Bear Plunge. The medical examiner’s report stated the woman died of “hypothermia and acute alcohol intoxication.” The suit claims the atmosphere of the event and lack of proper protection for patrons contributed to the woman’s death.  San Diego personal injury attorney Philip Caulfield , New York Daily News  02/13/2011
