An Illinois family has filed a lawsuit against Chicago-based Pepper Construction Group LLC over the death of a construction worker at a Libertyville hospital. According to the lawsuit, the man was pinned under a piece of lead-lined drywall and died due to the impact of the falling drywall on his chest.
