A settlement has been reached in a lawsuit filed over the firing of a woman who criticized her supervisor on Facebook. The woman was fired last year by ambulance company American Medical Response. The suit claims the woman’s opinions expressed on Facebook were protected under federal law and that her firing was a violation of the First Amendment.
