A lawsuit has been filed against the S.C. Johnson Corporation that alleges the company is deceiving customers by placing green labeling on its products. The “Greenlist” label leads customers to believe the product has been tested by a neutral party and found to be environmentally safe, the suit says. “Greenlist” is actually patented by S.C.
