Qualitest Pharmaceuticals has issued a voluntary recall of their HydrocodoneBitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablets due to an incorrect label on one of the bottles. The labeling mistake, the company announced, may cause patients to unintentionally take the wrong medication, which could prove dangerous.
