Strength coach files lawsuit against SDSU 230

Premises Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

A San Diego State University (SDSU) strength coach will receive $2.7 million from California State University to settle a whistleblower lawsuit filed against SDSU. In his lawsuit, the coach claims “he was removed as the football team’s strength coach and had his hours restricted” after participating in a 2003 audit of the SDSU athletic department. His cooperation with the audit lead to illegal retaliation, the lawsuit stated.  San Diego personal injury attorney Brent Schrotenboer, San Diego Union Tribune  02/01/2011
