Premises Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

An Amtrak employee has filed a lawsuit against the company claiming gender bias and discriminatory practices. The lawsuit claims Amtrak “engaged in a continuous practice of suppressing” the wages of the female plaintiff and refused to pay her as much as male counterparts even though her work load was “significantly heavier.” The lawsuit seeks back pay, punitive damages and other financial remedies.  San Diego personal injury attorney Jonathan Stempel, Reuters  02/02/2011
