A former U.S. border patrol agent has filed a lawsuit against his former employer, claiming he was wrongfully fired due to his views on drug legalization and illegal immigrants. The plaintiff claims in the suit that he was fired merely because of his personal views, not because of his work performance, which is a violation of his rights to freedom of speech.
