Utah State University has agreed to a settlement in a lawsuit filed against them by the family of a student who died of alcohol poisoning in 2008. The suit claimed USU officials “failed to exercise meaningful oversight over its Greek-letter societies, long ignoring misbehavior at the Sigma Nu fraternity chapter,” where the incident occurred.
