Paintball gun product recall 261

Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 1,400 paintball gun/markers due to a safety risk. KEE Action Sports LLC announced that the BT SA-17 Paintball Gun/Marker has a CO2 cartridge that can fly off the gun, posing an injury risk to the user.
