Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 165,000 Cachet swivel chairs due to safety risks. Steelcase, the product’s manufacturer, said the front seat support part of the chair can crack and fail, causing the user to fall.
