Taco Bell false advertising 269

Premises Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

A lawsuit has been filed against Taco Bell that accuses the company of false advertising with its claims to use “ground beef” or “seasoned ground beef” in its products. According to the suit, the “meat” filling Taco Bell uses is only about 35 percent actual meat and the rest binders, extenders, preservatives and additives. The ingredients, the suit says, violate the definition of “ground beef” as set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.  San Diego personal injury attorney Philip Caulfield , New York Daily News  01/25/2011
