Lockheed Martin agreed to a $2 million settlement in a whistle-blower suit accusing the company of submitting false claims on a U.S. government contract. According to the lawsuit, Lockheed conspired with government employees and another company to guarantee they won a 2004 contract working on the Naval Oceanographic Office Major Shared Resource Center in Mississippi.
