A California mental health facility employee has filed a whistle-blower lawsuit against the hospital over alleged “minimal, substandard care” given to patients. The lawsuit claims Aurora Las Encinas Hospital’s patient care “fell short of federal standards, thereby violating its agreement with Medicare and Medicaid.
