A Virginia woman has filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against a plastic surgeon who allegedly gave her the wrong-sized breast implants. The lawsuit claims a doctor at a Nevada hospital “shorted her by 50 cubic centimeters” during her 2009 breast augmentation.
