Paramedics takes 90 minutes to reach destination 276

Wrongful Death is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

A Brooklyn man has filed a $20 million lawsuit against the city after his wife died of a heart attack last month when paramedics took 90 minutes to reach his home. A New York fire department report states that medics were assigned to the man’s 911 call more than 90 minutes after he placed it, the suit claims. It took the paramedics only three minutes to arrive after being dispatched, but the woman had already passed away, the lawsuit states.  San Diego personal injury attorney John Marzulli , New York Daily News  01/24/2011
