Rail cars recall 285

Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 700 rail cars worth of propane from Aux Sable Liquid Products. The agency reported that some of the propane “does not have sufficient levels of the odorant that is added…to help alert consumers to a gas leak.” The recall affects propane sold in cylinders or delivered for storage tanks between February 25, 2010 and September 30, 2010.  San Diego personal injury attorney Staff Report, PR Newswire  01/20/2011
