Embeda painkiller due to “stability defect” 52

Pfizer Inc. has announced a recall of the painkiller Embeda due to a “stability defect found in the extended-release product during routine testing.” During testing, the company found that one of the chemicals in the drug had degraded to unacceptable levels.
