Several Seattle environmental groups have filed a lawsuit against the state of Washington in order to force them to reduce emissions from local oil refineries. The lawsuit claims state agencies “failed to require reasonably available control technology for greenhouse gas emissions.” The suit, the groups said, is aimed at merely forcing the state to “enforce the laws already on the book.”  San Diego personal injury attorney Wire Report, Seattle Post-Intelligencer  03/10/2011
