Boating accidents are another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law

A settlement has been reached in a lawsuit filed against a Connecticutlakeside bar stemming from a fatal 2008 drunken boating accident. The lawsuit claimed bartenders at Down the Hatch continued to serve a man who was well beyond the legal blood alcohol limit. The man then drove off in his boat and caused the fatal accident, the suit stated.
