A Florida lawmaker has been accused of sexual harassment and retaliation in a lawsuit filed in federal court. The plaintiff, who is a U.S. representative on a commission in Europe, claims Rep. Alcee Hastings made repeated sexual advances toward her and unwanted touching from January 2008 until February 2010.
