A lawsuit has been filed against the Fayette Power Project between Houston and Austin for “nearly a decade” of Clean Air Act violations. The suit targets the Lower Colorado River Authority, claiming the group made modifications to the plant but “failed to install modern pollution control equipment.” The lawsuit is demanding that the group “install the best anti-pollution equipment” at the plant and to seek proper permits that comply with the Clean Air Act.  San Diego personal injury attorney Matthew Tresaugue, Houston Chronicle  03/07/2011
