A former student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst has filed a lawsuit against the school, saying he was wrongfully expelled earlier this year after being arrested over a “rowdy post-Super Bowl disturbance” on campus. San-Diego-Auto-Accident-lawyer The lawsuit claims the student was arrested in a crowd of more than 1,500 people for “failure to disperse and disorderly conduct.” The plaintiff was expelled under an “interim restrictions” provision for students who are “imminent threats,” but was never given an explanation as to why or how he was perceived as a “threat.”  Martin Finucane, Boston Globe  02/17/2012  San Diego personal injury attorney
