An Illinois man has filed a lawsuit against the Mundelein Police Department after he was Tased multiple times by police officers in the early hours of New Years Day. According to the lawsuit, the man was being driven home by his wife when they were pulled over by police. The plaintiff stepped out of his vehicle to check on his wife, who was taking a sobriety test, when officers forced him back into the car and then Tased him repeatedly, the suit says. Man dies after a motorcycle accident 10

A Missouri family has filed a lawsuit against the city of Columbia and a local bus driver over a fatal motorcycle accident in July.
