Some Personal Injury Cases Cross over with Worker’s Compensation cases, and are two cases at the same time.  While Wrongful Termination is seperate.

A Vermont man has filed a lawsuit against the Upper Valley Aquatic Center, claiming he was fired for complaining to his bosses about safety issues. The plaintiff was employed at the center for about 18 months until he was fired this March. According to reports, the center was fined $700 earlier this year for an open hole in the center’s floor.
