Agency for workforce violates Florida constitution 318

Two legal groups have sued the Agency for Workforce Innovation for allegedly violating the Florida Constitution by not increasing minimum wage by $.06 this year to account for inflation. The raise could affect nearly 200,000 workers in Florida, and add up to about $15 million over the course of a year.
