Wall-mart’s sexual discrimination 20

We have beaten Wal-Mart on 3 seperate Personal Injury Cases over the years, here is a recent case regarding employees.

The Supreme Court has announced they will hear an appeal from Walmart regarding the sex bias claim against them. The suit against the retail giant contends women were regularly paid less than men and denied promotions. The justices will not rule on if Walmart did in fact sexually discriminate against employees, but only if a single lawsuit can speak for millions of employees. Walmart is arguing that because hiring and firing decisions are made by individual store managers, the suit should not be filed as a class-action. San Diego Personal Injury Attorney David G.
