Agency place GPS tracker on employee car without notice 22

Right to Privacy is another area of Personal Injury Law.

A Department of Labor employee has filed a lawsuit against the agency for placing a GPS tracker on his car without a warrant. The lawsuit claimed the department violated the state’s law against unreasonable search and seizure.
