Consumers burned by teakettles 25

Burn Injury Cases are large cases in Personal Injury law.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 59,000 two-quart teakettles. According to the product’s manufacturer, Meyer Corporation, when being poured, hot water may spill out of the teakettle and pose a burn hazard. The company has received four reports of consumers being burned by the teakettles.  San Diego Personal Injury Attorney Staff Report, PR Newswire  12/07/2010
